During my business trip, I appreciated the excellent customer service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. The room was equipped with useful facilities such as a washing machine and a kitchen, which made my stay easier. the hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops.
There were some aspects of the hotel that could be improved. the lack of proper ventilation in the smoking area located in front of the entrance made it uncomfortable for non-smokers.

The staff was very friendly, and the hotel had a washing machine and a kitchenette in the room, which was very convenient. the hotel had a cozy common area where you could relax in the evenings. the location was also great, with many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.
The WiFi signal was weak and only worked in certain areas of the hotel, which made it difficult to work during my business trip. the smoking area was right by the entrance, which was unpleasant as a non-smoker.
